Ten programs. One mission. Transforming youth, families, and community through athletics, spiritual growth, academic support, fine arts, financial literacy, and health and wellness — across Lake, Seminole, Polk, and Orange counties.
Position-specific training for football athletes from youth to high school — built on the same progressive methods used by NCAA programs and professional organizations. Coach BoJack trains defensive backs, wide receivers, linebackers, and skill players with a proven system that has produced NFL draft picks and Division I signees.
Elite sprint training from a 2-time MEAC collegiate champion who ran professionally and coached at the high school and AAU level for over a decade. The Evolution Speed Track Club, directed by Coach BoJack, has produced sprinters who have gone on to compete at NCAA programs including LSU, University of Texas, and Florida A&M University.
A specialized program designed exclusively around the physiology, strength development, and competitive needs of female athletes. Coach BoJack has served as the Head Girls Track & Field Coach at Dr. Phillips High School since 2019, building one of the top programs in Central Florida. Alumni include collegiate sprinters and conference champions.
The foundation program. Young athletes aged 7–14 are introduced to structured athletic movement — foot speed, coordination, explosive power, and the fundamentals that turn kids into competitors. More importantly, they are introduced to the standard: discipline, respect, accountability, and faith as the bedrock of everything they will build.
The off-season is where championships are built. Year-round programming using progressive resistant training and explosive strength methods — the same approaches used by respected football and track programs at the college and professional level. Athletes who show up in the off-season show out when the lights come on.
This is not an add-on program. This is the foundation every other program is built on. Through the Provision and Power of Christ, we give kids Structure and Spiritual Development. The Great Commission is lived out on every field, in every drill, in every conversation Coach BoJack has with a young person who walks through this program.
Music programs, concerts, and creative art exposure. Excellence is not limited to athletics — it lives in every form of God-given talent. Speed Plus Academy creates space for students to discover and develop the gifts they carry beyond the field, building confidence, creativity, and cultural identity.
A focused initiative addressing violence prevention, anti-bullying, and emotional and spiritual development through mentorship delivered via the power of sports. Huddle Up Orlando brings together young people who are at risk — using structured athletic environments to create belonging, accountability, and a reason to choose a different path.
HBCU college tours, career exploration trips, and exposure to opportunities beyond local communities. Many of the young people in this program have never set foot on a college campus. This initiative changes that — expanding their vision of what is possible and showing them the doors their talent can open.
A full competitive track club structure under the Speed Plus Academy umbrella — hosting local meets, preparing national meet participants, and carrying on the legacy Coach BoJack built with the Evolution Speed Track Club. The SPA Track Club is the competitive expression of the training program, giving athletes a platform to perform at the highest levels.
Central Florida native. Orlando product. Speed Plus Academy trained. Devin Jackson chose the University of Oregon over 40+ scholarship offers — including LSU, Miami, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Auburn, Penn State, and Nebraska. He played in the 2026 Navy All-American Bowl and is rated the #63 overall prospect in the nation by the 247Sports Composite. Scouted as a potential early-impact player in the secondary for a College Football Playoff contender.
Coach BoJack's measure of success is simple: that the whole child is developed through Faith, Education, Health & Wellness, Community engagement, mentorship, fine arts, and athletics. That is the mission. Every program exists to serve that outcome.
